Hi, I’m Sara & I really do love admin

A woman with short brown hair, smiling and wearing a red jacket over a striped shirt, sitting outdoors in front of a set of stairs.

I’m originally from Portland, OR, and have called Brooklyn, NY home for over 20 years. I help creatives, researchers, and mission-driven teams turn ideas into finished projects by bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to the process. I hold a Master of Public Administration and have a genuine love for admin, systems, and even the challenges of bureaucratic red tape.

I’ve worked on NASA- and National Institutes of Health (NIH)–funded projects, as well as with brands like Hermès. Working in the design world taught me how to support the creative process while still providing clear guidance and structure. And my experience working with and in support of the rights of people with disabilities informs and drives my aim for accessibility and inclusion in all that I do. No matter the client, my strengths remain the same: anticipating needs, managing moving parts, and getting things done.

I'm here to make work easier for you. Through clearer communications, smoother projects, and better systems, I'll help you go from an overwhelming to-do list to a crossed-off to-do list.

You have other things to do, and I love admin. I’d love to hear about what I could take off your plate.

-Sara
